  1. Do you only serve Edmonton and area clients? - Nope! We serve other cities, but travel rates of $0.50 per KM will apply to and from the property. Additional mileage charges do not apply to properties within the following locations: Edmonton, Beaumont, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Acheson, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, Morinville, Leduc, Devon, and Sturgeon County (Calculated from Edmonton City Center).
  2. Do you offer services not listed on your website? - We Do! If you have something you need, give us a shout. We will check and see if it is a request we can fulfill.
  3. Do you offer payment plan options? - At this time we do not offer payment plan options.
  4. Can you invoice on particular days? - We do offer invoicing options for clients that need to pay on a particular day of the month.
  5. Do you require a deposit? - Jobs do not require a deposit and you pay once the job has been completed.
  6. Do you work with homebuilders? - We definitely do! If you are a homebuilder we would love to work with you!
  7. Are there any financial penalties I can face? - If your invoice has been unpaid for an unreasonable amount of time, you will eventually incur penalties.

  9. Do you carry insurance? - We carry multiple insurances including professional liability insurance (E&O), general liability insurance, and WCB insurance.
