- Do you only serve Edmonton and area clients? - Nope! We serve other cities, but travel rates of $0.50 per KM will apply to and from the property. Additional mileage charges do not apply to properties within the following locations: Edmonton, Beaumont, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Acheson, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, Morinville, Leduc, Devon, and Sturgeon County (Calculated from Edmonton City Center).
- Do you offer services not listed on your website? - We Do! If you have something you need, give us a shout. We will check and see if it is a request we can fulfill.
- Do you offer payment plan options? - At this time we do not offer payment plan options.
- Can you invoice on particular days? - We do offer invoicing options for clients that need to pay on a particular day of the month.
- Do you require a deposit? - Jobs do not require a deposit and you pay once the job has been completed.
- Do you work with homebuilders? - We definitely do! If you are a homebuilder we would love to work with you!
- Are there any financial penalties I can face? - If your invoice has been unpaid for an unreasonable amount of time, you will eventually incur penalties.
