Matterport is primarily used for more immersive 3D tours. Animations are smoother and more realistic, and it includes a 3D dollhouse view of the property. iGuide is better for taking RMS measurements as the iGuide system uses lasers to capture measurements unlike most Matterport compatible cameras. iGuide still offers a reasonable virtual tour experience, but not quite as good as Matterport.
Hosting is included with a property website at no extra charge.
There are no additional travel fees for properties located in Edmonton, Beaumont, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Acheson, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, Morinville, Leduc, Devon, and Sturgeon County (Calculated from Edmonton City Center) For on site services outside our operating area, we charge $0.50 per km travelled to and from the property.
We carry professional liability insurance, general liability insurance, and WCB insurance.
